Roger has used a variety of assessment tools since 1975 and is one of the most senior Business Partners of Profiles International in Minnesota. Predictable Performance Systems was founded in 1988 as a Minnesota corporation.
He participates in numerous civic and industry associations and most recently has served as VP of Programs for Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI MN.org) and as Vice President and a member of the board of directors for Human Resource Professionals of MN (HRPMN.org).
