Roger Hokanson is focused on Workplace Performance best practices, using objective information for “people decisions” about executives, employees and candidates.

He participates in numerous civic and industry associations and most recently has served as Vice President and a member of the board of directors for Human Resource Professionals of MN (HRPMN.org), and during the four years prior as VP of Programs for Sales and Marketing Executives of Mpls/St Paul.
